Default Slack at top of clutch

Hey guys,

I was driving my 2005 997 base Carrera last night. On one of my upshifts I felt the clutch pedal slap the bottom of my foot. After further investigation the clutch pedal only comes up about 3/4 of the way and stops. Then it releases and hits the bottom of my foot. I've never had any issues and the clutch was replaced about 11,000 miles ago. Has anyone had this issue or can anyone give me some information on the repair or replacement.

Thank you for any help you can offer.
