Default 911 Turbo Advice

Looking to add a 2009 911 Turbo Cab to my stable. Any owners out there care to weigh-in with advice or cautionary tales on this vintage and model? It has less than 18,000 miles, manual tranny, leather interior and based on a quick look around been taken care of. If I get more serious I'll do a PPI just want to know of things to look for from experienced owners. Thanks!

Pinning the cams could be a good idea too.
