Ok,
I hate to be so basic but I have a cd changer, with phone buttons? Will it work or do I need to go to a dealer to program it?
Bay Area folks, who can install this unit and how much should I anticipate the labor fee?
2007 C4S Bose system

Manufacturer: Porsche
Model: 911 (997)
Year: 2005-2011
Head Unit: PCM 2.1 DVD
IMPORTANT INFOMATION: CD-Changer option needs to be coded if no factory CD-Changer available. For Bluetooth phone option (500S) the head unit must have a phone button, Please note: In case of Porsche it may be necessary to have the car programmed by your dealer in order to accept the phone module. DAB+U (DBU3GEN) is compatible with GW500 (GW51MO2) only

Vehicles with factory cdc do NOT need programming at all. We know some installers in that general region - if you decide to order, in the notes at checkout mention 'installers' and we'll forward with your instructions for installation and setup.

How about a 2008 C2S with factory CDC and an "aftermarket" Porsche OEM (for a Cayenne) Sirius XM receiver (which somehow hooks into the CDC harness)?
