Proud New Owner!
I’m
an excited and proud new owner of a 2008 997s cab! Bought from an individual in PA, 1400 miles from TX but definitely worth it as he obviously took great care of the car and it met everything on my wish list. Only 21k miles, manual, sports chrono and PSE, and a good color combo. Had full PPI done so feel confident I got a great car that I can enjoy for several years to come. Here are a few pics, can’t wait to meet some of my fellow enthusiasts/owners here in Dallas!!

Welcome! I joined the club last year but did the opposite. Bought my car in Dallas and shipped to SF. I would highly recommend RAC Performance and Fifth Gear Auto down there.
A couple posts I shared about my journey that might be helpful in yours. You will have a blast!

Congrats! Have the same interior. Love the combo. + 1 on the side markers with clears. Replaced mine with the clears a few weeks ago. Think they were around $45 for the pair at Suncoast and took about 5 minutes to swap

First mod was new black floor mats - and don’t worry guys, my clear side markers arrived today and will be installed by Sat. transit Blue is next, and then I’ll just enjoy driving for a while before doing anything else to it. I’ve been doing my homework on Rennlist

Gorgeous car! I didn't know they offered a 2-tone interior in the 997.1. I switched out my beige wheel (but kept the beige airbag), shifter+boot, e-brake handle+trim, overhead console, iginition and headlight rosettes for black, plus added black floor and cargo mats. Love the look, and far less maintenance. I also added clear markers, and Tranzit Blu-HF, the latter being the best mod by far. Enjoy!
