Is there a reason you chose the one you did over EZ-Lip? IIt looks like EZ-Lip is $35-$40, depending on where you buy it. Do you think the item you used is better or cheaper? I'm intrigued and might pull trigger on EZ-Lip, even if it's a bit more $$, unless you think the one you used would be a better product - thx!!!

I ended up buying EZLips, just came in yesterday. I got the regular one and the Pro. I'm trying to prep my aerokit front bumper for the install. I also bought some plastic rivet retainers that I'll probably use to help secure it. I'll report back on it
My install went well for the EZLip Pro. My bumper is an embarrassing mess, but I'm limping by with it anyway. I ended up removing the lip and running without it for a while. Thx to this thread, I decided to try the soft lip. I put in about 15 of those plastic rivet retainers pictured above. 1/4" hole, and then pushed in to augment the adhesive and keep it in place. I haven't been out for a drive yet...
I am going to reinstall this on my black 997 - had it before and liked it a lot. Unfortunately - a buddy drove me car and wasn't so careful on ramps, so it had to go. I ended up trimming the ends to blend where the factory black plastic begins on Racetwin2's images. I originally installed similar to his images, but didn't love the ends below the black plastic - it looked better imho. Thanks fo posting these pics.
