Default PCM - right **** not functioning

Hi all,
Took my car for a spin and couldn’t tune the radio manual. The right **** appears to not be functioning at all. Hoping someone here can help.

Thinking I might send it off to Becker or hitech for repair, but wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Car is a 2007 997 turbo.
thanks!

Had this happen to me. Came from coffee dripping down into the buttons. I could get it to rework again for about 2 years by pulling the fuse of the PCM and replacing it. After 2 years that stopped working., and I took the PCM apart clean the boards where the buttons are and it worked fine for another year. Finally had to replace the front panel of the PCM.

I think you can hold down buttons 1, 4, & 8 together to reset the PCM as well, which might restore the **** functionality.
