Default The best price 2009 C4S with 37K miles in the country

Well, I found this extraordinary good deal on LA's craigslist: https://losangeles.craigslist.org/la...551027640.html
a 37K miles 2009 C4S clean title PDK ($122K original) for $41,000.00

If this were a legit ad, and it looks legit, somebody better pull the trigger and buy this car. If true, this must be the deal of century.

Clean title and looks like it was well taken care of. $41,500 seems to be at least $12,000 below the market.

The ad looks like it's not, but you know what they say, when something is too good to be true....it often is.
I have no association with this seller. Just wowed by the good price. I know there are a lot of people still on the fence, it's worth a look, but proceed with caution.

See if seller will send you his phone number and personal info - I would bet this is a scam but miracles happen

I feel like I saw this car posted a month or two ago before someone bought it. So yes, probably a scam.

Let us know how it goes. I'll have my popcorn ready. If it works out, it would be the easiest $12K you'll ever make. I'll just take 20% finder fee, and you're welcome.

I started seeing these pop up lately. They look very legit and cars have VINs, photos of license plates and registration. After you email them, you get the usual "please email me at different email" reply/

Sometimes they collect emails and phone numbers. But usually they try to get you to send them money and then POOOF

I was tracking down a deal like this yesterday. It turned out to be legit and sold in a day.

I spotted this silver on black 2006 997.1 S pop up on Autotrader and Cars.com on Sunday: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...7760/overview/

It had 36k miles, some nice options and 19" Carrera Sport wheels...selling for $39k. I figured it had an accident on the Carfax or something was fishy. I called the dealer yesterday morning and it checked out. It was a 2 owner car and all maintenance was on file at the dealer. The only issue was it was a cold climate car. It lived half its life in MA and the other in WI.

I was thinking about making a run at it but the dealer emailed me later in the day saying it had just been sold.

Moral of the story: miracles do happen, you just need to move quick.

That seems like a good deal, but it was sold by a dealer... not a private party on CL.

BTW, according to CarFax, that car went to another dealer in NY. Curious how much he will be asking for it.

@MrSlacker - great catch!!

You are not going to believe this but after you told me about the Carfax I looked at it again I realized I bid on this exact car last year! The PO was in Ohio. He had the car for a few years and listed it for $44k, but would have taken $42. I low balled him at $39. I wonder how it ended up in Wisconsin and back on the market 1 year later...at a significant discount.

I still love the look of this car. https://www.midwestautosalesep.com/v...airie-mn.shtml

Im going to keep an eye on https://www.ryanfriedmanmotorcars.com and see what they offer it for.
