Hi everyone!

My passenger door won't open. If I pull the door handles (interior or exterior), the window drops down but the lock does not release the door. Any suggestions on how to open the door without destroying too much of it?

Come on guys, help.

I am starting to think about removing the passenger and rear seats and installing a rollbar. Help before I convince myself it is actually a good idea.

Solenoid could have failed. Does it unlock?

Central lock works. I suspect that electronics work but something is jammed in the lock istelf.

Any suggestions on how to open the door?

Is the jam in the door sill or inside the door itself?

The jam was inside the door lock module. Electronics were working fine but the lock was jammed. Anyway, I took the car to my local indy and they managed to remove the door panel in order to open the door. They started by removing the passenger air vent (the one in the corner) and were able to peel the door panel from there (it took an entire day but they did not break anything).
