Default Pccb disassembly

Had a few requests for front rotor ring (350x34) replacement as well as new rotor assembly.
Trying to separate the hat from disc for measurement but they wouldn't budge, even after soaked with WD40 overnight. Anyone here ever done this before can offer some tip?

You may want to try an impact screwdriver setup:

So why 350? No 997gt is 350 so maybe wrong forum? The hat in your pic is a from a 997 turbo which is 350, turbo s is 380.

the rears are 350 in all pccb and all around for steel

Thank you for all the suggestions, will try impact screw driver.
We are also curious to know has anyone ever replaced those pccb (regardless 380 or 350mm), in complete rotor assembly or just the discs, other than converting to iron rotors.

I'm confused 🤔 I thought you guys already make a replacement PCCB discs for 997's using Surface Transforms discs??

With the concern of impact tool may damage to the disc, so we used torch to heat them up and used a break bar (w/drive bit) to separate them off (not a real hard task)

Here are some pictures of disc, hat and hardware weight. OE hat is of stainless steel.

No, the only application we used ST discs are 991 GT3 replacement (410x36/390x32). All RB CCB system kits and replacement rotors are ZR1 discs.

We are in the process of developing a direct replacement CCB rotor kit program.
  1. 380x34/380x30 - 991 GT3 (Iron Upgrade)
  2. 380x34/350x28 - 997 GT2/3 & Turbo S
  3. 350x34/350x28 - 997 Turbo & 996 GT2/3
  • The discs are to be made of long (continuous) fiber and will not chip like OE's short (chopped) fiber
  • 100% bolt on installation, no modification (spacer etc.) and retain the use of OE caliper & pad
  • RB Hardware provides a modern fastening system - Easy disassembly and re-assembly
  • Rotor hats are made of forged aluminum alloy, light weight with rigidity for the lasting performance
  • Rotor are made directional (angle vane vs. straight vane) for a more efficient cooling
