Many thanks to the individuals who have posted information and how-tos on this forum. I decided to change my fluid recently and made a video on how to do it for the visual learners such as myself as well as gave a review of the change it made at the end. I hope this helps some other people out who have notchy shifting in the cold, it's made a big improvement on my car.
