Does anyone know what it runs to get a set refreshed from their service center and the turn around time?

I am considering buying a set but saw they require a refresh every 20hrs of track time or ever 18k on the street. I have been trying to contact them all week via voice mail and email with no response what so ever.

Not being able to reach anyone from their USA service center is starting to make me think I should go with another brand.
