Tavarish has done a few install videos
Tavarish (for those not familiar, he's a youtube automotive DIY blogger, who use to write for Jalopnick). He did a few video's installing Seicane units in some of his cars.

He seems to like the unit and has not but good things to say about the product. He also makes it seem pretty easy to DIY the install. I did consider going this route since it seemed cost efficient but but I really want Apple Play and none of the options seem to support that function - so it's a no go for me. It seems like a perfect solution if you have an android phone.
