Curious if things worked out with the car and Phillips?

Yes, they worked out fine. Frank Kosarek and InspectX provided a very comprehensive inspection complete with photos and answered all of my follow-up questions. So, I bought the car. I have been working with Alex at Phillips and he has been very patient with me. We are working on the paperwork, money exchange and shipping now. I wish I could just fly out there and drive it home. That would make the process a lot quicker, but probably isn't a good idea now.
