Thanks. I love the dark grays for the intense sun here in deep south Texas. I have always thought the lighter grays and silvers are a bit too bright for this far south. My opinion only of course...

Nice Platinum997

I want to do the front lip also. I think it looks great.
Tell me about your ride height, tire size and spacers etc. It has a good stance.
Any scraping with the lip?

Thanks.

Yeah, scrape sometimes on some jacked up transitions. Most of the time just hit at an angle and your fine.

Porsche tempted me with a grey option several years ago--but I held out for a PTS! They do a nice job on their greys.

After 300kms drive, stopping for lunch at a vineyard - the natural location for 911s to be lurking about[/QUOTE]

Love the grey on the 997. What a pic! I’d consider grey for my next 911.

I’m very partial to grey. Here is my beloved Bangle 550i in silver grey. It was euro delivery and took 2 months for me to decide on the color. No regrets on the color.

Love these lines even today. 2006 pic.

Thanks mate, it is a really good considering it is one of their standard colours. As in your BMW, grey has come a long way and now one of the best colours to be had.

Saaboteur, Your car's stance is spot on, to my eye. What size wheels and tires ? Also, please share offsets. Thanks

Thanks. 19x9 ET53 and 19x12 ET45. Tires are standard 235s and 305s. Could probably have gone up to 245s and 315s but I’m good with it. The rears especially are slightly stretched (but within limits).

Thank you for sharing. Your set-up really looks good. I just sold my C2S and am waiting to pick up my Meteor Grey 997.2 C4S; am already planning my wheel upgrades and appreciate your info.

We would love to see a rear shot of your car when you have a chance; those wide 4S hips and your wide offsets , mmmmm

Hmm, I think all of the shots I took of the car directly from the rear shots are on stock suspension, but the rear three quarter shots are with the Eibachs installed.
