its possible it’s coolant but coolant is pinkish in color not Amber. Pentosin is Amber.
And no it could be just one side leaking.
It’s common for the radiators to need a service the car is 10years old...

Do not follow this advice. You might find something wrong.

Can you clarify on how the instructions can improve?

he's messing with you man

There are 3 fluid levels. Since you have determined that the coolant level is significantly down and presumably the other levels are not, then its a rad, hose and/or connector leak for the rad

Coolant is pink, oil is black or brownish, power steering fluid is a very dark green, brake and clutch fluid is Amber clearish. Check your CV boots and seals. They can and do get cracks and will throw out some lubrication. If it was coolant you would notice a sweet type of odor. Check the area around the master cylinder for the clutch and brake fluid. Check the cap. Take it off and look at the seal on it.

Confirmed it to be coolant. Both indicated by what was on the ground (color and taste tested) and that the reservoir was empty. Now... the challenge is in getting service given that businesses are on mandatory shutdown. Will see what I can do to get this back up and running. Now might even be a good opportunity to install a center radiator and mesh grilles.

We're all assuming he has OE Coolant fluid. Could someone could have swapped it for some off the shelf stuff that sin't pink?

That's a good observation. We can allow the assumption that the coolant is indeed OEM. It's still the standard pink that Porsche (and my indy specialist) uses.

I verified that it's the radiators. An unfortunate timing. Silver lining: better that it breaks locally than on the track.
