Put the Porsche banner on your 914--a natural there! On a ruby Targa? No.

I'm traveling right now and don't have access to an image with the previous black on black decal. I can check in a couple days.
Here's one of the current. It's not a good image, but maybe you can get an idea. The stripe is close to the titanium colored wheels. Still undecided if it will stay long term or not.

I have the side stripe in black and red on my car. I like the old school motorsport look. In my view, it works where there is a contrast (light on dark, dark on light) but there is a danger it all gets too busy.

I added the stripe decal and actually tinkered with the decal and removed the stripes, leaving just the “PORSCHE”. Liked the simpler look with Speed yellow and black wheels. As many have said, easy to remove if you change your mind during ownership. My thoughts is it does depend on the color combinations in the mix. Speed Yellow and similar colors like guards red seem to carry these decals better. Attaching 4 photos of my current decal in place.

You're right, it doesn't go end-to-end but doesn't bug me. I didn't add the front tapered end on the bumper because it looked too busy.

love it.
the trend of ghosting the stripe and emboldening the PORSCHE script i think is very tasteful... not true for most trends too i think we can agree (cough... tire stickers)
