PORSCHE DECAL ....would you add it or not?

I've been considering adding the black Porsche decal to the sides. I'm for it then not. Would you add it and would it be too much or just right with the black wheels and black top on the Ruby Red body? |
No. But really.....no. I have a buddy that restored an older Ferrari. He kept adding and adding until it crossed the pimp line with some gold pinstripes. We both had toys that we played with and we would self check with 'Gold Pinstripes?' If you have to ask, the answer is no.

Eh.. I might have decals on a car that was a race car, or nearly a race car. But your standard issue dentist/lawyer/accountant Carrera... nah.
|
On a coupe? Sure. It’s a Motorsport reference. On a cabrio? No. Makes no sense.

No, it rarely (read: almost never) looks better than leaving the car alone, at least on modern 911s. On yours especially with the black top and black/red wheels it will be too contrasty, busy and inelegant IMO, reminding me of the guys who get all matchy-matchy "accent" parts from Autozone for their Chevy Cavalier.
