Default spacers without lowering?

I have a 2010 C4S with PASM. Would it look weird to put wheel spacers without lowering car? Also...is my car already lower than a base model?

you're 10mm lower then base c4. I've put spacers without lowering.

I have 7 mm and 15 mm spacers at stock C2 height... think 4x4! But certainly looks prettier with spacers than without.

Doesn't look weird, it looks a lot better IMO.

My car came from the factory not lowered, with spacers. But they are just 5mm all around.

Mine has the factory 5mm spacers as well. It was an option. doesn't seem to make much difference so I wonder why Porsche bothers. I will go either 15 all around or something similar like 12/15 or 15/18 ECS brand. I may order their trial kit where you can try on different sizes before purchasing.

I have 8/15 on a Turbo (widebody with PASM, unlowered, like your C4S) and it looks just right to me, maybe even 1mm too wide.

Similar setup: stock 997.2 SPASM ride height, with factory 5mm spacers all around. Very subtle before and after difference with the spacers, but I like it.
Before:

After 5mm spacer:

After:

Not the best pics, sorry. But they are all I’ve got so far.
