Amazing - you’re a long way down the rabbit hole...

We have very similar setups, even down to 245 cup 2 up front. Mine is also corner balanced and the front end grip and confidence is superb. I have bought, but yet to install the cup steering wheel which is supposed to provide a lot of feedback, something to consider.

You can buy GT3 uprights if you want to get a more robust front end, and bolt on .2 calipers which can run 380mm rotors. Demonspeed usually have some.

Got my seats redone in black nappa leather with black/grey houndstooth center. Added black to the pdk and handrake as well. Thinking of getting the center console done in black and maybe armrest in houndstooth later on. Ignore the tape on handbrake, that was for the glue that holds the aluminum trim to dry temporarily.

Shop tried to get the porsche logo onto the seats, its close to oem but in 2D unlike oem crest embossed in seats which is more 3D

Installed some new brake parts last weekend.
350mm turbo rotors all around with the ebay 11mm spacers and longer caliper bolts. I went with the slotted sebro rotors from fcpeuro and they fit great.
Running Ferodo DS 2500 pads front and rear
Fresh Motul RBF 660 fluid (1000 ml used)
Speigler SS lines installed as well.

Huge noticeable difference in pedal feel and brake performance, probably because my oem 330mm drilled rotors were shot. Feels like I'm driving another car, pedal feel is much firmer than before which could be the SS lines.
Also bought the lift pucks sold by the rennlister. Great quality, its something i should have got a long time ago.

yes they work fine but they squeal like hell especially when they are hot. ive tried the bed in process numerous times including an aggressive process and the squeal while braking is still there. I can live with it.
