Happy Holidays!
Driving along the other day and I heard a vibration noise coming from above the passenger visor. Then it sounded like a metal piece, like a nut, rattled off into the door? If I push on the headliner in this area there is something loose. It is tubular like some sort of framework for the headliner?? Sunroof works as advertised but the vibration is making me crazy. I tried to find out what was under the headliner in front of the passenger's visor to no avail. Anyone have a picture of what is under the headliner? Anyone had this really annoying problem? Thank you Semicycler! I read through the thread you referenced and learned a lot. What purpose do these plastic parts serve? Wondering if I can just remove them and call it a day?

I had a similar issue last week. Metallic rattle in the sunroof. Turned out to be a small piece of asphalt that found its way into the tray. I opened the sunroof the next day on the highway and heard something bouncing around the car. Ended up on the dashboard.
