Default Finally pulled the trigger and bought my first Porsche

2006 911 S Cabriolet. Arctic Silver/Black. Tip. Sport Chrono. Bose. Nav. One owner. 35,000 miles. Mint condition inside and out. Got full dealer service history not shown on Carfax. Recently serviced at dealer including brake flush. Two new rear tires and new water pump also. Great 2 hour drive home. Very pleased and love it. Thanks to all who said you will know the right one when you see it. I did. RJ

Yes, it is true that once you get "the sickness", it is nice to have it done and get a great car home. RJ.

Congratulation and welcome. I’m been a member for a little over year and I’m still enjoying the car, more so as I get to know it. Enjoy the drive

Thanks. Was willing to go either way, and this car was by far the best of the many I looked at. RJ

When I first read the title, I thought the OP meant pulling the plug on the spouse's life support, then went out and bought the 911. Anyone else read it that way?
