Blue so I am thinking windshield washer fluid, but would it leave blue streaks like this? Just on this side in front of driver's door. Washed it off a couple days ago and it came back.

Some washer fluids will indeed leave streaks like that. Other colors are ever worse.
It's probably just runoff from cleaning the windshield and not a "leak".

Thanks for the quick response. The car was just serviced so I initially thought perhaps over filled a bit.

It also makes sense that is only on the left side as the wipers swipe that way. Pretty sure is windshield washer fluid.

have a look under the hood and the plastic surround, I think maybe something might be clogging your drains?

The windshield washer reservoir is tucked right inside the wheel liner in that corner. If the fluid runs down the fender and then onto the rocker, might just be from cleaning the window, but it looks like it's not on the fender and only the rocker, and if so, either the dealer overfilled it during the recent service and it leaked out through the fender to rocker gap, the tank has cracked, or s fitting gas loosened and it's leaking out there.

Hi
I had the exact same problem. Probably a leak from the pump. The solution is simple. Break the wheel. Pull the cover. Fill with water and you will see the leak. It could also be that the rubber hose was released.
