Having problem deleting phones from Tooki
I just got a new phone and can't get it to sync with tooki. I bought my car used, and it had a couple phones already "stored" in the phonebook section. Apparently, the system has a limit on the number of phones that can be paired to it. Now it has reached the 5 phone limit and won't pair with my new samsung.
The instructions say that phone profiles can be deleted by clicking on them then selecting delete. And that if they are in gray and can't be selected, then to open their phonebooks to get them ungrayed. Mine can't be opened, and can't be highlighted. I would like to have bluetooth. Any suggestions?

I had the same thing on my 2010. I had it in to a dealer for the 60K PDK service and they said this was a common problem. They had a work around using their computer and doing a full reset.

I had that problem at one time and then discovered the option to delete my older unused phones. If you do not do it, it impedes your ability to access your phone book.
