Y about that. Cheapest mod you can make for sure

The gutter guard is more than strong. Had mine on for 2 years and no dents etc. I kept mine the original silver as i liked the look

It really is very easy to do and never saw the point of spending the $$ for someone else to make them. Lots of diys on here

cheers

Go to the top of the 997 forum page and click on the third sticky called '997 DIY and Tech Index'. See item 15 in the MOD / DIY section. Lot's of pics and suggestions.

I used the Zunsport SS grills that are powder-coated black. Very strong and security mounted (no zip ties) on my dark blue 997.2. Worth the cost to me.

Rennline. I've tried several, and they're the best. A little more work, as you need to remove the bumper, but then it all goes back together well, and it looks OEM. The first time you remove the front bumper, might take you a little while, but once you know how it's done, it takes 10-15 minutes to have the whole front end off. Not really a hardship. Best of luck to you.

You guys are awesome, this is my first Porsche and the rennlist community has been great in helping me figure it out. I even purchased the car sight unseen and peeps from rennlist helped with inspection and transport to Los Angeles.

Thanks
mike
