dead battery

2011 Porsche Boxter dead battery and fuse box charger did not work. Where can I locate the emergency pull wire...and I cannot remove wheel as lug locks arena the trunk.
Any other suggestions?

Don't give up on the fuse box procedure. Make sure you are using a strong donor battery and have a good ground...and then use the remote (not the interior switch) to unlock the trunk.
