You will get a number of suggestions as to the hauler. I would make sure it is closed transport.

Why not fly out and drive her home -you can get to know each other. I drove my silver one home from PA to SC and my wife's home from MI to SC - lots of fun.

For enclosed transport, I've used Reliable twice with good results. See if you can stipulate that you want the upper position in the enclosed trailer so nothing from another vehicle they're moving drips on your car AR. Here or on 6speed, a guys night we to him 997 got completely covered with diesel fuel from a truck that was above his car.

I have used Intercity twice and they were easy to deal with and took good care of my Porsche. My suggestion is whatever you do use enclosed transport and a reputable group.

Good luck,

Just had my 997 shipped from San Diego to Detroit via Intercity. It's my 4th time using them. Their service is the best and prices are good, considering full enclosed and their professionalism.

I also used Intercity to move a 911 from South Carolina to California. Great service, no issues.

Be funner if you drove there. Especially if you stay
off the interstate.

In May I purchased a 997 out of California and had it shipped with InterCity. Orange County to Dallas. I definitely recommend them.

I would Google the above mentioned companies. Ive used Intercity with great success in the past. They own their trucks are not a broker. A broker will hire space on truck.....any truck that is going in your general direction, then get loaded on another truck somewhere in the middle of the US, or left for a few days until space opens up on.....you guessed it another truck.

I have used Plycar to transport my GT4 from California to New York. No issues and would use them again.

Thank you all for the kind words and support. It is our pleasure to help the Rennlist community with shipping needs and we look forward to helping any members with future shipping needs.

Intercity hands down. I couldn't be more satisfied. They did a professional, job on mine, Coast to coast... CA to VA.
