I think you can plug it into bumper plugs website and get the color. Not 100% sure.

It's not always right, but the Red Book does not show S4V9 as a standard or optional color for cars made in 1985 or 1986. All of the factory paint codes are 3 digits. Where did you pull the code from?

I usually go to Paintscratch.com for my touch up paints but they don't always have all the colors. They do pretty well, but that one is not in their system.
