Suspension question: what is stock clearance from front sway bar to control arm?
Hi 996tt'ers,
I have some adjustable drop links and I want to properly set my stock front sway bar position in relation to the control arm/driveshaft. Does anyone know what the stock space/clearance/gap is between the bottom surface of the front sway bar to the top surface of the control arm, measured from the rear part of the control arm? I figure avoidance of the drive shaft is most important as that distance changes with suspension movement, whereas the distance from the sway to the control arm should minimally change since they're bound for the most part with minimal change as the suspension moves... but I'd like to know what the factory sets it to as a guide.
Thank you very much!

Hello, sorry to trouble you. Unfortunately I don't have the measurements but can try to find time and check if you still need them. I was contemplating the Feal coilovers and was wondering how they are doing for you? Did you order custom spring rates and were camber top hats and adjustable and links included? sorry for all the questions, my PM isn't active yet. Thank you for any response.
