I think this car is over priced by at least 6k. And the biggest reason for that is its at a Porsche dealer. I paid 42k for my 2003 with 59k miles. Around the same MSRP of 120K. The one your looking at is a very nice car, but over priced in my opinion.
Added this... also at the end of the day you need to keep any eye on NADA and KBB. One for insurance reason and second if you ever wanted to trade it in. Anything aftermarket will most likely get you very little extra $$ on a trade in.

There are a couple of X50 cars on ebay for this same price. I would like to trade my care 2000 C2 Cab so an online trade is difficult.

If the car is on P dealer lot and they are a good dealer, it should have gone through the shop.
I'd be more inclined to buy from a dealer I can see the car at than eBay.
Overall condition, PPI, records and personal inspection are how I'd make a choice.
These cars are not getting any cheaper, be quick to buy a good one.
