If you find the sound is too much (which you may especially if you ordered the badass-looking 3" dual tips), John can sell you some 2.5" muffler outlet pipes to attach your stock tips that will tone it down significantly. The modularity of his system was a big selling point for me. I can have my "fun" tips and my long drive/taking it to the smog station tips.

Thank you!
Thank you for the tip, appreciate it! I knew the design was modular (and that I could exchange for 2.5" if the 3.0" was too much)... but I had no idea about the muffler outlet pipes. Thanks so much.

Man am I jealous. I spent a very long time looking for a blk/tan combo. I ended up with blk/blk.
I bought mine in Palm Beach florida and drove it back to Chicago
Where in Chicago are you exactly? Also, good luck with the car.

Was this the one in Malibu? If it was, it looks like a really nice car and was eyeing it for a couple weeks. Timing just wasn't right for me.

Just got the 3.0" SpeedTech X-Pipe with 100 cell cats installed today. Car feels RAW and sounds exotic. Will have videos to post soon. Want to capture the sound properly.
