Well, well, well, I can totally relate to that story : about a month ago, I went to see a fellow rennlister to check a few issues that my main indy shop (not anymore...) was not able to repair (noisy wing and overboost). By the way, he found the problem in a heartbeat... The first thing he notice when we opened the hood was that the fuel filter was not properly attached. This was probably cause by my indy shop not reinstalling it properly after the engine drop they performed last year. And this was just another mistake among a few others...
