I broke something...
So I'm in the midst of replacing my #16 check valve. I'm pulling on the hose that leads to the top of the plenum to remove it and snap, the nipple breaks off. Is that top piece of the plenum replaceable? Or is it part of the plenum, meaning I have to replace the whole thing?

If it is too much $$$ or you need to drop the engine and pull the windshield to get at the whole assy. Get something like this and thread it in, anchor it with epoxy or the appropriate glue..

Most of the plastic one have ~100+lb burst pressure. Probably high temp is more worry. Stick with brass.
lowest temp Nylon is 95C ~200F

If you had any thoughts of dropping your engine for a bunch of fresh stuff, now's the time. Otherwise I'd be riggin that thing and back on the road. You can get it out by loosening the upper clamps and sliding the rubber sleeves inward.
