Any thoughts from the experts on this. Assuming the price is high but would love some thoughts.

looks like a relatively nice car if it doesn't exhibit any mechanical issues.

as previously noted, juuuuust slightly too much on the asking price.

The seller has already lowered the price and relisted it once, i'd wait and see if they do that again. Could be a great deal on a speed yellow x50

Thanks...any those on the RUF parts as it relates to future value?

No sir.

none of the aftermarket parts increase the value of that car. Arguably, the RUF wheels could be worth something to the right buyer. but the wing and the floor mats not so much. A tune is a tune.

I'd say the car is worth 57-60k to the right buyer.

Interesting, I never realized OZ made Ruf's wheels (apparently they made the 5-spoke ones too?). Those look like plain ol' Superleggeras w/ a Ruf center cap, though. Too plebian / Jap-tuner look for our cars, IMHO.

Is this a screaming deal? Just ended yesterday.

2003 Black/Black/Black 996TT with factory Aero and 13k miles. Owned by 3 people in the same family.

I'm not sure if it's true, but someone said the aero kit wasn't original on that car.

I did a vin decode and it looks to me like the aerokit was original.

Not a screaming deal, but a good deal and typical of winter pricing. Three months from now that car would have sold for $5k more.

The mileage is phenomenal. I can’t wait to pick it up this week! Will post photos! By the way, new here in the forum, but not new to Porsche’s. I owned a Cayman for 7 years, loved it, but a Tesla Model S spoiled it for me (my commuter vehicle), I sold it (the Cayman) a few months back and still bitten by the P bug, wanted a Turbo. Since the Tesla is a tech marvel, new Porsche’s don’t really interest me, sorta wanted more of a throw back and I cannot afford the 993 TT. 996 checks my boxes. Hopefully I am not disappointed!

Wow, I thought the aero wasn't original, based on some comments on the auction. When I tried to pull the vin it didn't seem to work correctly.

I say very well bought then!

lol No, I didn't. I just didn't want to "ASSume" you were male. I'm sure there are plenty of females that love Porsches too and didn't want to "offend". lol

Enjoy the car!
