My vehicle is at a shop and they just installed KW V3's on my car which I purchased from another member. The problem is they are having the H&R sway bars rubbing on the lower front control arms.
The shop thinks that it is the drop links. I got off the phone with KW and they informed me that the kit re-uses the stock drop links and they should work without a problem and it should work with my H&R sway bars.
The shop that is installing it said they confirmed that the coilovers are on the right sides.
I am getting a little irritated as this should be a straight forward set up and it seams like I have a mystery situation.
Any incite or help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

I have a similar issue with my lowered 996TT with Eibach sway bars and Gt3 control arms, but in my car the bar is rubbing the front drive shafts since the droplinks provided by Bilstein's kit are too short. the only solution is to buy adjustable drop links in my case. In your case it sounds like maybe the drop link is bolted on the wrong side of the bar? have you tried flipping the droplinks? also are you 100% sure that the bar you got is the 996Turbo specific ?

That looks like the bar itself is hitting the lower control arm, can you take pics from a bit farther away?
It looks to me that you need adjustable drop links, just based on those pics.

Yes that is the issue ( the H&R sway bars rubbing the lower control arms), being I posted the wrong information at first. I edited my inital post to reflect the real issue.

Go with the adjustable front drop links from TRG. They are curved and will not contact the drive axles when going lock to lock.
The supplied DLs from KW lasted me only a few hundered miles before they broke. Too much preload on a non-adjustable DLs I guess.
Remember to adjust your DLs with all 4 wheels on the ground to avoid preload if adjusted with the wheels off the ground. If you want to be really precise, adjust the DLs with someone sitting in the driver's seat of similar or equal weight.
