I used to see 1.2 to 1.4 on my Carrera M96 based engine , but not the TT
That's the one thing I really like about M1 5w50. Just wish it had a better additive package.

I've thought about using 5w50 with a ZDDP boost, but that practice is questionable.

Sure wish Motul would make the 300v in a 5w50. They do make a 10w40.

I've been really happy with M1 5-40 TDT. The motor is much quieter than it was on M1 5-50. Pressure is between 1.5 and 2.0 bars at idle.

Probably not on anyones official approved list but I like Shell Rotella T6 in my cars. High temp high pressure rated and from what I've seen from the people on Audizine that have posted blackstone reports it holds up pretty well. Hard to beat $20 for four quarts when you buy the big jug.

M1 5W-50 has a pretty good ZDDP ratings it sits at 1100 plenty for non flat tappet engines. It rated for long term under the european specs. I suspect idling at 2.1 to 2.3 bars even after 4,000 miles right before my change tells me it's not breaking down!
