Default PSS10 Installation question

just got a set of pss10`s for the turbo and I heard that you have to use parts off your old suspension to complete the install. This sounds odd to me and since I have the X73 suspension, what parts do you guys think I need to reuse??? Thanks in advance guys, Mike

OK guys I found out I have to reuse the top mounting perches and the thrust washers, no big deal. I also found out that Bilstein will rebuild the X73 shocks for $75 each. I wish I had known that!!! At this point I am committed to using the pss10 suspension, But if you guys are looking to buy an excellent X73 suspension kit with X73 motor mounts, let me know, Mike

I'd possibly be interested in your X73 kit. PM sent.

If the bushings in the top mounts are flat, it would be a good time to replace them.

I found that my upper strut mounts were cracked at the rubber connection, a common problem, so ordered new mounts and new bearings. My tech told me NOT to use monoball upper mounts as the noise will appear in about 6 months, Mike
