I have the black but with tan interior. You'll love it. Take some advice and wrap the fenders and the entire front hood. Stone chips really show on the black. I did the fenders and half of the hood and regret not doing the whole hood.

quick 968 - Sure and thanks, they are Modulare Wheels match the standard Porsche size 18x8 fronts, and 18x11 rears. Not sure on the offsets, but here is the link to the company and wheel models. You can custom order to your liking, they are true 3 piece wheels with forged inserts. The ones on the car are M11 models

this plate was either the 3rd or 4th choice down the list. I was hoping for something with "X50" in it. What is more amazing is the fact that the plate I did end up getting was actually available. Out of ~3 million Iowans not one single person wanted 996 TT?
a friend from work was leaving the building at the same time to pick up his plates, so we rode to the court house together. He recently bought a 2007 Z06 and was able to get "505HP".

congrats on the car! triple black is a great combo! as to the wheels, i like them, but my brain keeps telling me they belong on a 997, and for that reason alone, i couldn't adjust to them on a 996.
funny side note on plates. i also wanted a cool personal plate until i came of age and opted initially for "996TT50" since anything that made "sense" was taken. which was at least looked numerically symmetrical, but that's about it. guys would stop me at stoplights and say, "ok, we get it, it's a 996tt, but what's with the "50" bit? ha
it didn't work.

Question: Were PCCBs pretty standard on x50's or could you get them on normal TTs and opt to not get them on the x50s? I'm pretty new to the P world (6 months) and my 04ttx50 had the PCCBs on, so I was under the impression that they often went together. Doesn't look like it, does it?
