ok so to update this and hopefully help someone out.
we checked the wiring and took the pump out to check it. everything was fine, looking at the plug my friend concluded the problem was the female conexion ( the melted part o the black plug) he broke that part, split the wires and did a new conexion and now the plug does not heat up
