Only red fluid is coolant I think. Can you trace it up? Maybe a leak in the reservoir or hose?

fluid is oily so i don't think its coolant. looks like atf to me but i didn't think there was any atf in a manual.
coming from above the heat shields so i can't trace it.

That's the only red fluid in the car. Maybe you ran over an animal!

Huh??

What animal has ATF in it??

(just couldn't resist...)

OP open your coolant reservoir and see if it feels 'oily'...could be fooling you.

Check you rear wing rams, pop the engine lid and look at the bottom covers on the rams that raise the wing.

Should be Pentosin in the wing arms, unless the fluid was changed. Pentosin is green. Anitfreeze should be pink, and does feel oily. The smell of antifreeze is pretty distinctive too. Smell the drip, then open the coolant reservoir and compare the odor.
