Screw all the new Turbo talk and GT3 junk. How about picking up a modded Cayman S and throwing a turbo on that?

Thanks fellow RL'r's for the kind words.
Well, made it down to Miami, FL...already have a few friends drooling over it.... then onto a wash and some detailing.
The bugs weren't bad. Neither were the police. I counted 10 NCHP, 4 SCHP, I forget how many I saw in Georgia, then around Daytona...the local sheriffs were patrolling and parked on I-95 just itching to pull a speeder over. Made it as far south as North Broward county without trouble.....
most of the traffic I was in was doing 80 or so.
It is very difficult to keep the 996TT at 80mph. Well, suffice it to say the FHP Officer that got me is also a Porsche owner. I got away with a warning. I thanked him profusely. And went on my way.
I think most pictures I took were during the gas stops. only one had another Porsche in the pic.
I'll try to get some pics up shortly.
Ok, time to send Dell some feedback...

So right now I am going to wait it out a month or two and see what she thinks over the holiday and if she decides to keep her cab I am going to probably start looking at 997 Turbos and 996/997 GT3's. I don't want to start the search just yet for fear of finding something I "have to have" and then not being ready to pull the trigger.

Dell, I just wanted to thank you for all of the work you did in assembling the DIY thread. It was instrumental in my 997 SSK install among others. Best wishes in you future Porsche adventures!

I should have done that years ago. I agree it'd be a blast but my cup window has closed. I don't see myself racing and winning my DE isn't high on the list of priorities anymore

Bah... Humbug!!! The DE Cup is the BEST CUP OF ALL!!!!
HAhahaha!
