Default Dyno numbers.

I had my car dynoed last weekend at MZM Performance:
http://www.mzmperformance.com/

It's a 2002 X50 with Kevin's (UMW) "hybrid" turbos and 1.2 Bar flash, CF airbox, SportTech exhaust. It's putting 442hp at the wheels, on a Mustang AWD dyno. Run was done on a cool (for Texas) evening, about 55-60 degree ambient temp.
Any opinions?

The only way to get any comparison is too find another car on that same dyno under the same conditions. Otherwise take it to the strip and get some trap speed numbers.

Jose, send me the datalogs for the run. It doesn't look like the shop has large enough fans for the IC and engine intake? Look at your logs to see what the timing retard was doing..

Thanks for sharing!

From their website it looks like a 150 mph intermittent maximum speed, did you get into 5th? You may not be making maximum power. I noticed on my car using Kevin's log tool with the lower speed acceleration runs (low airflow) intake temperatures were rising rapidly. What you running for gas?

I'm in Austin and considered using MZM for my tuning but decided to go with Todd at protomotive instead. We should get together and compare. I should have my car back from tuning in a couple of weeks.

Kev, will do. Sorry about not staying in touch lately, too much on the plate at once I guess. I'll call you later this week. Car is running like a charm, BTW. Will take it to a DE this weekend.

Danyol, I was running 93 octane. I run 104 octane at the track.

Tacker, that sounds like a plan. I'm way down south in Brownsville (more like northern Mexico), so it may take a while. I'm planning a return trip to the hill country in Feb, to do a nice run with some other PCA guys, you are welcome to join us. We could schedule a dyno run at that time as well. Will keep you posted.
