It is different and I like the green over tan.

The only green Turbo I would buy personally would be dark olive metallic.

there's a green with gray one in Marietta with higher mileage that's a 6-speed (it's cheaper).
I like the light "sea-foam" green color like that one that was on e-bay a while back....without the nephrite(sp) green and wood interior.

The fact that you're asking must mean that you have some misgivings...
I dont like it at all... I'd have trouble if it was a Bimmer or an Accord, but on a Porsche it really bothers me...

According to some articles on resale, green is considered to be the least desireable color, therefore not dictating the price of other colors. This could help you negotiate. All I can say whatever you like, it's your wallet.

If you like it.....buy it, but know that the market will view it as an "off color" and will discount it accordingly./...so buy it $5k under the equivalent car in an ok color and $8k less that a black car.
My $.02 only.......but you asked.

If you're a little hesitant now when it's new (to you) and shiny, how are you going to feel about it 2 years down the road when it's not so new and needs a bath? Fine if it's a camry, but for the $ we put into these cars (especially over time), you better luuuuv it. Good luck in your search regardless!

I like it - my brother owned the same color combination 996 c4 cab and it looked great. Years from now a rare color like that might appeal more than the ultra-unrare arctic silver I have on my car!
