I like it. I have never seen one in that color, but I like it. Honestly, I would probably like a 996 turbo in any color. I would venture that the 996 Turbo is one of the best performance bargains on the "supercar" market today.

Get it dude. I had my sights on a green on green turbo around the time I bought my car but was influenced by others that the interior would be too gaudy. I say trust your instincts and damn everyone else's opinion. When I bought my Mercedes I was bidding on a green on green example but lost the bid. In the end it's a very subtle color and really unique. I personally don't like reds or yellows or neon greens but a natural green really gets me hot.

Looks similar to my 01 turbo, I didn't love the color at first,(black or silver were my first choice) but I've gotten Lots of complements on the Color!! And now I love that it's not "Black or Silver"

If you like it, buy it....but subtract $5-10k as the market will see this as an "off color" and won't pay you when you sell it. In any case it WILL be a slow sale as fewer that 5% of the market will take it ant any price.

Forget that "off color" business. It's unique and not lame grey. Some colors are so tame that they actually take away from the butt kicking car that the 996TT actually is. Go for it. I did in 2005 and have not regretted it one bit.
Live a little and leave the "safe" colors for the retirees who look at their 401K every morning.
There. I said it and I mean it!
