Funny, I do that every night already -- play video games. One of the few things I do to unwind.

Now, I did get engaged the same night I bought my first Porsche.

Eventually, I suppose... probably end up selling the Porsche and consolidating down to an M5 or something.

Nah, that's crazy talk. :-)

Michael,
You must do it while owning a Porsche. We are all needing you and your story to prove the "study" wrong. cc. to Michaels near future wife.

It's funny because when I'm in my loud Porsche I get mostly guys or kids checking the car out and waving. I did notice though that women tend to smile at me when in the P-car and not when I'm in my civic LOL. 30th bday present from wife

Classic! My wife has been the biggest supporter of my "habit." She recently sold my C4S after I departed on my 10th combat rotation and e-mailed me..."Its time to buy your dream car, you deserve it" We've got two wonderful kids, and I'm still deeply in love with my wife. 05' 996TT Tip / Cab is on the car carrier heading to my house in preparation for my homecoming.

I have been happily married 30 years. I was astonished when my lovely wife was all in when I casually tested the waters and suggested that I buy a Porsche Turbo. I was giddy...I thought gee, I will now have a girlfriend in every state. Big problem though...I bought a Porsche Turbo.....and started reading Rennlister posts and listening to the devil's tongue speaking turbo mod chants...now I can't afford a girlfriend in any state much less all 50. When the wife says with a wink and a smile "Honey, how is the Porsche working out?" I know I've been had and that all men are just rats in a cage for women's entertainment
