is it just in the clear coat?
ive used clear fingernail polish to repair the clear coat over carbon fiber bicycle parts. if you are carefully you can make blemishes much less noticeable.
if the weave is damaged i bet these guys would fix it:

I believe it's just a clear plastic resin. It should be relatively easy to repair, just may take a bit of time to get it right.
First step is to clean out the cracks using something like acetone and a small brush, more acetone and blow drying with compressed air.
Next, mix a very small amount of clear fiberglass resin with catalist and with the crack upright fill area as much as possible. You may have to fill each crack a few times even to the point of over filling. When they are all over filled and cured, sand down the high areas to be flush with the rest of the wheel. Use progressively finer grits (wetsanding) thru 1500-2000. Then a final polishing.
If done properly, it should look new and mint aside from any fading.

contact macarbon. i'm sure they can tell you if it can be fixed. i sent my steering wheel to dallas custom steering wheels and had mine re-covered with leather. they also added additional padding to increase the grip area. i had a carbon fiber wheel myself and decided to have it wrapped in full leather. i paid less than $500.00 and came out better than the original. i have a post in here showing how the wheel looks like.
