Default power steering reservoir

does anybody have the part number for a 996 turbo cabriolet steering pump reservoir? The little red clip inside that holds the hose broke and i believe you can only replace the whole unit. If anybody also knows if you can get the clip or reservoir from another model vehicle, boxter, 997 etc that would also help
thx in advance

I'm unsure of exactly the part you are refering to but try this # 99923068540. It is a clip that retains I believe the pressure line. Call the dealer and ask to verify. If it's not it and unavailable thru Porsche I'll bet it may be available thru another German car manufacturer. Many hardware items are not brand specific but general within the industry.

Don't know, I looked at a parts breakdown on Autoatlanta.com, they mentioned a clip or retainer and listed the p/n but no pic of it.
