Another pic of how amazing Slate Grey is. This was taken after I gave her a good wash. No adjustments whatsoever in iPhoto. WYSIWYG.

Dell, what suspension are you running? Ride height looks perfect.

How's the ride quality compared with stock? I have heard people say the X73 rides rough.

It had some sort of impact, possibly at the dealership after it was traded in by the previous owner. As part of the deal, they were supposed to take care of respraying it. Story goes that their body shop told them they'd want to respray the hood to help match, but they didn't want to pay for the hood. I said if they needed to paint the hood to match the bumper, then wouldn't the fenders need to be painted to match the hood (and so on and so forth)? In any case I just told them to give me a credit for the work (off the price of the car) and I took it to be done myself.

Sure, it's a bit rough. But rough is subjective. I came from a GT3 with 900#F and 1100#R spring rates so it's way soft compared

To me, it's just perfect for street and track. Make no mistake though, it's a compromise setup. But, for my needs (mostly street and 3-5 DE's a year), it is perfect.

I've had the X73 for about 500 miles and I love it. I'm 100% street so it was a plug and play set up for me, perfect ride height and Porsche engineered. It's a little rough but I came from a 993 with the M030 set up and it is definitely more compliant and has better dampening than the M030. YMMV

The M030 suspension for the 996tt is actually more compliant than the X73. The original owner of my car ditched the X73 because he found it too rough on the street, but was very happy with the M030. Based on your experience, the M030 for the 993 sounds much more aggressive than the 996tt M030.
