Default Techart Exhaust

Just purchased a slightly used Techart Sport Exhaust 60mm with 200 cell cats for my 04 X50 turbo Cab, any thoughts on this as far power increase, sound, build quality, or installation?

Also, any reccomedation for a flash upgrade with this setup. I am planning no future engine mods as this is a 3 season DD with a tip tranny. Thanks for all your insights and hospitality.

Snow is almost gone here in Utah, however when the roads are clear and the sun comes out you just have to "Scratch that Itch"!

Thanks,
Ted

Good looking ride. Mine's an 02 X50, same color combo as yours, same wheels too! You can put the Porsche center caps on those, BTW. I have Kevin's (UMW) 1-Bar chip on mine, you'll love it!!

Nice! I have an 04 X50 same color but with savannah beige interior with a Softronic flash which has worked out well. Need to do a clutch soon, and was thinking of an exhaust at the same time. Let me know how you like the Techart. My main concerns are droning and noice with the cabrio and an aftermarket exhaust. Enjoy the ride!!

I'll help you change out the exhaust, looks to be a little more work than I initially thought. I think the bumper cover will have to come off, intercoolers and ducts. May need spare bolts/nuts for the header flanges if we break some.

I bought a 2001 c2 with a Techart cat back on it. Love it. Lots of growl and no drone.
