if u go to tirerack, you can use the feature showing your car with the wheels. they're nice, but the polished finish looks cheap. they would be much nicer in a matte or dark finish. otherwise, you can't go wrong with a forged wheelset under $1,500!

Have you actually seen a set in person? They are fantastic looking wheels. I was skeptical at first and then saw a set in person so I ordered them. If they looked "cheap" they would be nowhere near my car. If you only go with what you see online then you won't get just how nice looking these wheels are. The polished face and clearcoat is done very well and the inside of the spokes and barrels are painted a gunmetal color. Stunning.

Ordered a set a couple weeks ago from Damon at Tire Rack, $1576 delivered for forged wheels!

Correct, here's a pic I did before I ordered them. I'll have a pic of them on my car in due time since the pic you get on the Tire Rack site still does not do them justice. Right now they are sitting in my office for the winter with new track tires

admittedly i havent seen them in person, but i saw a pic online and they seemed a bit too blingy for my taste. i'll trust that the tirerack pic isn't doing the F2's any favors.

i do have a set of chrome twists and that probably colors my judgment on bright finishes. looking forward to seeing them on your car!

Far more lip in the back then I thought. I like them. You are right, the Tire Rack image does not do them justice.

Thanks

I just saw the 18x11.5 TR Motorsport F2 on sale at TireRack for $99ea! I bought a pair to use as my track wheels. Now I just need to find someone selling a pair of 18x8 (18x8.5) for the fronts and run 235/40 on the front and 315/30 on the rear. For now, I'll continue to run 295/30 on the rear and 225/40 on the front.

I'm new to this forum and just thought I'd pass this information along.

Willing to sell one of them for $300? I bought the last 3 from Tire rack. All rears. But I am running them all the way around. I only need one more. (Race care. Widebody)

Check out Modulare Wheels. They customize it to what you want, they are more expensive, I paid 3800 for 4, but well worth it! They are three piece wheels. Mine are silver to match the center caps, and chrome outside, in 18x8 and 18x11. The rear has a very deep dish.

Being that the Tire rack wheels are so cheap, are they made in China?

Had the centers done in gold. Full polish wheel is to much bling for me. I might even have the lip done. My eyes hurt with the shine

I think all the fronts sold out because others don't have the widebody. So they have 4 matching, but it's really just 2 pairs of fronts. Which is why Tire rack has so many rears left.

Anyone have any rears that are hoping for the fronts? I need one more. pulease.

I believe the F2's are Porsche only. All Porsches from boxster to gt2's have different F&R offsets so I don't know how Tirerack ran out of fronts... they are made in Japan BTW
