My friend read these codes for me with his Durametric.

DME code PO492, fault code 208, secondary air system, bank 2

and

PO491, bank 1

Anyone recognize these and know what they mean?

I had those before, I had a leak at the F-Hose and one of my DVs was bad, I replaced both of them and the problem went away.

Secondary Air Injection System, Bank 1 & 2 – Below Limit

Possible fault cause
♦ Secondary air injection pump is not triggered
♦ Secondary air injection pump does not work
♦ Air supply lines restricted
♦ Electric change-over valve does not function
♦ Air change-over valve does not function
♦ Vacuum system leaking

I had that, and indeed it was a vacuum leak.
